handwriting hero, calligraphy queen

A while back, I tore out and saved an article from Martha Stewart Weddings magazine. It was about calligraphy. I love the art of beautful handwriting and I secretly wish I could do it. Anyway, on this page there were different samples of writing. The best, I thought, was by Betsy Dunlap.

She is my handwriting hero – or heroine, I should say. Her work is amazing. Absolutely gorgeous. Her writing looks great even on skin! Don't you think? Hmm maybe I'll....

She inspires me to pull out my fountain pen and go calligraphy crazy! You can check out more of her work on her blog here or her weddings site here.

i haven't the words...

I love Scrabble but it's been a while since I play. It's not my family's favorite board game. But now, I can have my Scrabble and eat it too! These iconic tiles are everywhere. You've seen the necklaces and other jewelry, but have you seen edible Scrabble?

Scrabblicious right?  Letters, and typography in general, are so much fun.

What do you think of these alphabetically interesting objects?

Ok, and back to Scrabble.
